Nevada does not require that the final prelicensing exam be overseen by an inspector.This is not the same as the state exam.. This test is provided by your pre-licensing educational organization and is an indication that you have completed and retained the pre-licensing course information.

Step 2. Nevada Real Estate Licensing Examination

Step 3. Fingerprint and background check
After submitting your application, the next step is to complete your fingerprint and background check. The Nevada Division of Real Estate requires all applicants to pass a background check before becoming a licensed Nevada real estate agent.
To start this process, submit the fingerprint verification form issued by afingerprint providers(Nevada Approved Vendor List – Form 619). Please contact law enforcement directly for information on schedules, fees, and accepted forms of payment.

Completing and submitting your fingerprints starts with the background check. The Nevada Real Estate Commission will review all of the results in your background report to ensure your eligibility. For those who have felonies or convictions against them, chances are you may not be eligible for a Nevada real estate license. In this case, you must attach the order of the results of the procedure.
