    After submitting your application, the next step is to complete your fingerprint and background check. The Nevada Division of Real Estate requires all applicants to pass a background check before becoming a licensed Nevada real estate agent.

    To start this process, submit the fingerprint verification form issued by afingerprint providers(Nevada Approved Vendor List – Form 619). Please contact law enforcement directly for information on schedules, fees, and accepted forms of payment.

    Completing and submitting your fingerprints starts with the background check.     Step 4. Real Estate License Application
